Our customer had an open fire and wanted to make it more efficient while keeping the victorian look.

We recommended a Victorian inset stove and we achieved a lovely finish.

We got to work on removing the existing open fire and got everything back to brick. We then templated and cut on site the riven slate hearth.

After we installed the hearth we then got on with installing the liner. Shortly followed by fitting the inset stove, fixing it into place and connecting the liner to the stove.

A safety test was carried out and a new HETAS certificate was issued.
